データの収集について
Tiles - Window Align(以下「本アプリ」)は、個人を特定する情報を収集しません。ウィンドウのタイトル、アプリ名、キー入力、画面の内容が送信されることは一切ありません。
匿名の利用統計を送信する機能がありますが、これはオプトイン(既定では無効)です。有効にした場合に送信されるのは、どの整列操作をどの方法(ショートカット / ドラッグ / メニュー)で使ったか、アクセシビリティ権限の許可状況、設定を変更したか、アプリと OS のバージョン、および端末を区別するためだけのランダムな識別子です。この識別子は無効化した時点で破棄されます。
ネットワーク通信について
本アプリが通信を行うのは次の場合のみで、それ以外の処理はすべてお使いの Mac の中で完結します。
アップデートの確認 — 新しいバージョンの有無を確認するため tiles.fivenine-design.com に接続します。この際、お使いのアプリのバージョンと OS のバージョンが伝わります。自動確認を行うかどうかは初回起動時にお尋ねし、後から設定で変更できます。
利用統計の送信 — 上記のオプトインを有効にした場合のみ行われます。無効のままであれば、この通信は一切発生しません。
ライセンスの認証はお使いの Mac の中だけで完結し、認証のためにサーバーへ問い合わせることはありません。
アクセシビリティ権限について
本アプリは、ウィンドウの移動・リサイズを行うために macOS のアクセシビリティ機能(Accessibility API)を利用します。この権限はウィンドウ操作のみに使用され、画面内容やキー入力の記録・送信は行いません。
設定データの保存について
ショートカットの割り当てやカスタムレイアウトなどの設定は、お使いの Mac 内にのみ保存されます。外部に送信されることはありません。
本ウェブサイトについて
本サイト(tiles.fivenine-design.com)では、アクセス状況の把握のために Google アナリティクス(GA4)を利用しています。閲覧ページ・参照元・おおよその地域・ブラウザ情報などが Cookie を通じて収集されますが、個人を特定する情報は含まれません。収集されたデータは Google 社のプライバシーポリシーに基づいて管理されます。ブラウザの設定や Google アナリティクス オプトアウト アドオン により、収集を無効化できます。

Data Collection
Tiles - Window Align ("the App") does not collect personally identifying information. Window titles, application names, keystrokes, and screen contents are never transmitted.
The App can send anonymous usage statistics, but this is opt-in and disabled by default. When enabled, what is sent is limited to which alignment action was used and how it was invoked (shortcut / drag / menu bar), whether accessibility permission was granted, whether settings were changed, the app and OS versions, and a random per-device identifier that is discarded when you turn it off.
Network Connections
The App connects to the network only in the following cases. Everything else happens locally on your Mac.
Checking for updates — The App contacts tiles.fivenine-design.com to see whether a newer version is available. Your app version and OS version are visible to us as part of that request. You are asked on first launch whether to check automatically, and you can change this later in Settings.
Sending usage statistics — This happens only if you opt in as described above. While it is off, no such connection is made at all.
License validation happens entirely on your Mac; the App never contacts a server to verify your license.
Accessibility Permission
The App uses the macOS Accessibility API solely to move and resize windows. It does not record or transmit screen contents or keyboard input.
Settings Storage
Settings such as keyboard shortcuts and custom layouts are stored only on your Mac and are never transmitted anywhere.
About This Website
This website (tiles.fivenine-design.com) uses Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how it is used. Information such as pages viewed, referrer, approximate region, and browser is collected via cookies; it contains nothing that identifies you personally. The collected data is handled under Google's privacy policy. You can opt out through your browser settings or the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
This applies to the website only. For what the App itself transmits, see "Network Connections" above.
